Welcome to E Student develop (https://estudentdevelop.com and https://note.estudentdevelop.com). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, subdomains, and our mobile application, ESD Note.

By accessing our platforms, registering an account, purchasing physical books, or subscribing to our premium digital contents, you fully agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational resources, short notes, exam guides, past paper booklets, images, logos, and digital text displayed on E Student develop and the ESD Note app are the exclusive intellectual property of E Student develop and SDJ Labs. You are granted a limited, personal license to access and read the contents. Copying, reproducing, reselling, sharing on public groups (Telegram/WhatsApp), or distributing our premium contents without our explicit written permission is strictly prohibited and legally actionable.

2. User Accounts and Membership

  • When you create an account using Ultimate Member on our platform, you must provide accurate and complete information.
  • Account Sharing Prohibition: Your premium account or subscription is strictly for your personal educational use. Account sharing or distributing your login credentials to other students is monitored by our system and will result in immediate, permanent suspension of your account without any refund.

3. Purchases and Payments

  • All transactions made for physical books or premium digital subscriptions are processed through the secure PayHere gateway.
  • You agree to provide valid payment details (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Mobile Wallet). E Student develop reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent payment activity is suspected.

4. Shipping and Delivery of Physical Books

  • We ship physical books to any valid address within Sri Lanka via registered domestic couriers.
  • Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days. Delays caused by courier service issues, extreme weather, or natural disruptions are outside our direct control, but we will fully assist you in tracking your package.

5. Returns, Replacements, and Cancellations

  • Physical Books: We accept requests for free book exchanges/replacements within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
  • Digital Goods: Premium PDF notes and subscription access cannot be refunded or exchanged once unlocked on your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

E Student develop and its developers (SDJ Labs) aim to provide highly accurate educational material. However, we do not guarantee that the content is completely error-free or that the platform will be 100% uninterrupted at all times. We are not liable for any technical failures or data losses due to user device incompatibilities.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective immediately upon being posted on this website.
