  • Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

4. Book Issues, Return & Exchange Policy

We take great care in packing and delivering your books, but if there is an issue, we offer a dedicated Exchange Policy:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a book that is physically damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Free Exchange: Upon verifying the issue, we will arrange a free exchange or replacement book to be shipped to your address at no additional cost.
  • Digital Content Exception: Due to the digital nature of premium PDF notes and online subscriptions on our note subdomain, all digital asset purchases are final and non-refundable once access is provided.

5. Payment Security

All online payment transactions are processed securely through our verified payment gateway partner, PayHere. E Student develop does not store, view, or keep credit/debit card numbers or sensitive financial details on our WordPress servers.
